4 Hands Dinner : Tahona x Rern

Tahona Bangkok presents “4 Hands Dinner: Tahona x Rern”, a special three-night collaboration from 14 – 16 November 2025, uniting two visionary chefs — Chef Nick Thanathip Piyakamperm of Tahona Bangkok and Chef Phu Phuripat Wuttipattananon, Executive Chef of Rern, a Southern Thai fine dining restaurant recognized in the MICHELIN Guide 2024.

Together, they explore the philosophy of “Local Ingredients and Simple Expression”, highlighting the beauty of Thai produce through honest, approachable flavors and refined techniques. The menu features Southern Thai ingredients reimagined in a sharing-style à la carte format.
